Tracy, with her multifaceted background in travel, dance, and movement, has always been drawn to understanding the intricate tapestry of human experience. Her time in the corporate events business for over 15 years gave her valuable insights into the dynamics of professional environments and the challenges individuals face in such settings.
Deeply committed to guiding clients on their transformative journeys, Tracy champions genuine freedom - the kind rooted in profound self-awareness and authenticity. This freedom breaks away from imposed roles, labels, and self-limiting beliefs.
Fervently believing in the power of self-discovery, self-awareness, and self-acceptance, she stands as a steadfast ally for her clients. Tracy is confident in their inherent ability to rediscover and heal themselves, drawn from her expertise as a seasoned Wellbeing Coach.
With well over three decade's of experience in movement, mindfulness, and workplace wellbeing, Tracy discerned a recurring theme. While mentoring management teams, she found that internalised narratives often hindered individuals more than a lack of knowledge or training. Witnessing the distress these narratives caused, whether manifested as overt insecurity or masked bravado, Tracy worked intimately with individuals to reconnect and embrace their true selves.
Her holistic approach, merging her corporate experience with her passion for mindfulness, breathing techniques and movement, has been instrumental in fostering genuine connections and facilitating meaningful, lasting change. Tracy's realisation is clear: a leader who operates from a place of empathy, compassion, and genuine confidence inspires teams to unparalleledgreatness.

A qualified trainer and experienced in delivering and holding space in courses ranging from eight weeks to eight months, Tracy brings a unique combination of science and heart to every program. With a Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Radiography), Tracy integrates a profound knowledge of the body’s systems with practical strategies to navigate stress and build resilience. This fusion of expertise and compassion ensures that every employee feels seen, supported, and empowered to succeed.
